Ingredients

  • Chicken: 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Creamy Garlic Sauce: 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tablespoon butter, ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Broth: 3 cups chicken broth, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Noodles & Garnish: 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried, about 200g total), 1 green onion, chopped, 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

Step 1:
In a bowl, season the chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5 6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove, rest for 3 minutes, then slice thinly.
Step 3:
For the creamy garlic sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream; simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4:
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 5:
For the broth, heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer gently for 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Step 6:
To assemble, divide noodles among four bowls. Ladle hot broth over the noodles. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
Step 7:
