# Method:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Using a serrated knife, slice the cinnamon-raisin bagels horizontally into thin, even rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
03 - Brush both sides of each bagel slice with melted unsalted butter, ensuring full coverage.
04 - Combine granulated sugar with ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the buttered bagel slices.
