Simple Christmas Leftover Wrap (Printer-Friendly)

01 - 2 large flour tortillas
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cranberry sauce

03 - 3.5 ounces roast turkey or chicken, sliced
04 - 1.75 ounces cooked stuffing, crumbled
05 - 1.75 ounces roast potatoes, sliced or chopped
06 - 1 ounce cooked mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts), chopped
07 - 2 tablespoons gravy (optional)

→ Fresh Additions

08 - 1 small handful fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Method:

01 - Heat tortillas in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10 seconds until soft and pliable.
02 - Evenly spread mayonnaise or cranberry sauce over each tortilla, leaving a ¾ inch border around the edges.
03 - Layer fresh spinach or lettuce leaves first, then add sliced turkey or chicken, crumbled stuffing, roast potatoes, and chopped vegetables.
04 - Optionally drizzle gravy over the fillings and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
05 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up and slice each wrap in half.
06 - Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later consumption.
