05 - 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (approximately 3 to 4 passion fruits)
06 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
07 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
→ Orange Juice Layer
08 - 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
09 - 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
10 - 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
# Method:
01 - Rinse three clean blending containers or clean the blender between uses to avoid cross-layer mixing.
02 - Blend mango, Greek yogurt, honey, and water until smooth and thick. Evenly pour into the base of two clear serving glasses.
03 - Blend passion fruit pulp, Greek yogurt, and honey until creamy. Gently spoon or pour on top of the mango layer to form a distinct separation.
04 - Blend orange juice, Greek yogurt, and honey until homogeneous. Carefully layer on top of the passion fruit mixture to maintain separation.
