# Method:

01 - In a sanitized glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug alongside fresh lemon juice, then stir gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar securely with a breathable cloth or coffee filter and fix it with a rubber band. Allow fermentation at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours until the mixture becomes slightly fizzy and develops a tangy aroma.
03 - Strain out water kefir grains or ginger bug from the base using a fine mesh strainer. Retain grains or bug for future refreshment batches or discard appropriately.
04 - In a large pitcher, combine the fermented probiotic base with orange juice, lime juice, and fresh mint leaves. Stir to infuse flavors evenly.
05 - Distribute ice cubes into serving glasses, pour mocktail over the ice, and garnish each with a slice of orange and additional mint leaves if preferred.
