# Method:

01 - Combine oat milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming but not boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons hot water (not boiling) and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove oat milk mixture from heat. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract thoroughly.
04 - Pour the prepared matcha into two mugs. Slowly top each with the spiced oat milk to create a layered effect if desired.
05 - Add a cinnamon stick or lightly dust with ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
