# Method:
01 - Grill, bake, or sauté chicken, tofu, shrimp, and falafel as desired. Keep each protein warm or at room temperature for serving.
02 - Prepare jasmine rice and quinoa according to package directions. Fluff grains with a fork and transfer to separate serving bowls. Place chopped romaine lettuce in an additional bowl.
03 - Wash and prepare the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, edamame, and sweet potato. Arrange each vegetable in its own bowl or on a large platter.
