01 - 8 slices brioche bread

02 - 7 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced (leftover or deli)
03 - 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
04 - 3.5 oz cooked stuffing (store-bought or homemade)
05 - 4 tbsp mayonnaise
06 - 4 slices mild cheddar cheese (optional)

→ Vegetables

07 - 1 small handful baby spinach or lettuce leaves
08 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Butter

09 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

# Method:

01 - Lightly toast brioche slices until golden for enhanced flavor, if desired.
02 - Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each brioche slice.
03 - On four slices, layer sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, cheddar cheese if using, and baby spinach or lettuce leaves.
04 - Place thin red onion slices over the layered fillings.
05 - Top with the remaining brioche slices, mayonnaise side down.
06 - Lightly spread softened butter on the outsides of each sandwich.
07 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and grill each sandwich 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing gently until golden and filling is warmed.
